* Rename cocoa pod placement function to match the `on_place` call in

* Reorganize dyes table.
* Rename dye item textures to conform to mcl naming standard.
* Refactor dye item registration.
* Shuffle recipes around in a more logical order.
* Remove unused dye names from lists that are probably equally unused.
