Adds the missing smooth basalt node to mcl_blackstone - the texture is already there (needed for geodes).

On the way I noticed the hardness and blast_resistance values for most of these nodes was wrong. Fixed that too.

Also fixed more blast resistance values of nodes according to the wiki.

I want to merge this before #2275 (which is p much ready too) so geodes can use the smooth basalt.
