kabou 44f724f677 Minor refactoring of mcl_dye, fix dye texture names. 
* Reorganize dyes table.
* Rename dye item textures to conform to mcl naming standard.
* Refactor dye item registration.
* Shuffle recipes around in a more logical order.
* Remove unused dye names from lists that are probably equally unused.
