- The Ender Dragon can hit itself with it's projectiles, if it fires a projectile and then decides to chase the player afterwards.
And again, that just shows how slow-moving they are 😂
Are you standing on the ground when you throw the potions? The potions will hit the ground and apply affects to everything nearby, which would include yourself.

On my end Rovers just seemingly disappear when they get hit by rain. No "hit" effect, no sound effect of them teleporting away... just gone!
