Change screenshots path from home directory to screenshots/ folder

It's just more intuitive. User expects screenshots to appear somewhere in the voxelands folder (if we're talking about when RUN_IN_PLACE is TRUE), not in /home/user/.

Can be closed by tweaking src/path.c:360

Make screenshots use user's date and time, not unreadable Unix time mess
