Some people have experienced that Mesehub can't send emails to Gmail.

See (Gmail user complaint): https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?p=422991#p422991
Also (unknown email provider):
MineClone2/MineClone2#3621 (comment)

I use Gmail and it was working when I initially setup my account. I had email notifications enabled for a long time and only on rare occasions did I get any emails.

Next to gmail, we also tried icloud, mail hosted by a local hackerspace and uberspace. On all of them no Mail was recieved(and yes we checked the spam folder).

Apparently we ended up on a Spamhaus automatic blocklist. Should be cleared within a few days.

I am reopening this issue on behalf of 8BitArchitect on Discord. They say they tried to create a Mesehub account but did not get any verification email. They also tried looking the the spam folder.

The address email has the domain sbcglobal.net, hosted by AT&T and Yahoo.

just tested this with a gmail account, doesn't work :/ according to https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx it is just on one blacklist.
The requirements for delisting are pretty wild though, they need a full address, phone and everything

Recieving to Gmail and this one blacklist could be two separate issues. Try emailing a Gmail account again with the new DKIM record.

Just fyi: i tried it with git@minetest.ch as source and this seems to work (it landed in the spam folder but still...)

i think this will do for now as a workaround

Maybe someone else is operating a minetest subdomain that is lowering email reputation given that minetest.land grants free subdomains to whoever wants it. (https://afraid.org)
