### Mesecon Sender
Similar to digiline senders, these scriptblocks send out a mesecon signal. They
can be configured in multiple ways, including:
- `0.1` to `5`: Pulse mode, where the scriptblock send an 'on' signal for a
predefined amount of time before sending an 'off' signal.
- `0`: Toggle mode, where the scriptblock will toggle on and off.
- `@info`, `@last`: Evaluate either `@info` or `@last` and turn on or off
accordingly. If the value is a number, it will switch to pulse mode and use
the time specified as the delay.
