Set _removed to true in item entities sucked by hoppers 
This double-check might just prevent future commits from triggering regressions
allowing hoppers to duplicate items.

Lizzy Fleckenstein d8d4cb5def Revert color changes to GUI. 
The Minecraft colorset (net.minecraft.util.text.TextFormatting) is only used for chat and tooltips.
This partically reverts 84819bf9f5.

Move data from deprecated files (depends.txt and description.txt) into
fields in mod.conf for all mods.

This was done with a shell script :)

Wuzzy 73d93ae969 Add dummy inventory images for backwards-compat 
In 0.60.0, the inventory rendering of nodes was changed, so images were removed. This caused missing image errors with *existing* node formspecs, however, so empty dummy images are added back.
