All these crafting recipes you mentioned are temporary and do not exist in Minecraft. To make some otherwise unobtainable accessible. Until the mobs or mapgen allow to obtain those items.
I should remove the ender pearl because there are endermen. But the recipe is absurdly expensive anyway. ;-)

I currently do not wish to add any further music discs. The mere existance of the music files significantly increases the loading time, it's bad enough already. I wish Minetest would have a smarter data loading algorithm, to prevent clients loading everything on start.

But feel free to suggest any particular tracks for the future.
