Don't spawn wolves in the FlowerForest_beach biome #3721

According to the wiki:

Wolves spawn naturally above grass blocks, dirt, coarse dirt, snow blocks or podzol in forests, taigas, groves, old growth taigas, and snowy taigas, along with all variants of these biomes (with the exception of flower forests), in packs of 4, where 10% spawn as pups.

_beach is a variant of the flower forest, so we can safely remove it form the spawning biome list.

This came up in a chat about sheep getting killed by wolves that spawned inside the pen. I didn't ask about the biome, but clearly the pen was in a supported biome. This change will give players another safe biome to build their mob pens in.
