Support crawling under trapdoors #2707

If you open a vertical trapdoor while standing in front of it, you'll clip through it. Technically we can call this a bug, although it's not that big of a deal.

However, if the player can be placed in a swimming position, it would allow crossing 1-node spaces. This is useful sometimes while caving, and it also enables you to build down, with a bit of effort.

If it's technically possible, adding support for crawling would enhance the gameplay.

I am pretty sure this was already added, but reverted because too buggy.
