MTE#11405 merged a couple months ago. It would be great if
on_liquid_transformed
works out to be a better way of doing liquids. Then I commented the pr, I was thinking about lava turning to obsidian, which is pretty slow rn if the server isn't powerfull enough.
the liquid update time budget (default to
1.0s
) should also be considered, along with other liquid transform related settings. i'll probably need to dig MTE's source code.this is on my TODO list, but it'll take a looong time before i begin working on this. if anyone is interested, please do tell. i'll unassign myself temporarily.
