This PR Fixes #4

To reiterate why the code was pulled in the first place, is because it was horribly broken and did not live up to the standards that the Official Mod Pack had set up for itself. So I removed it, so that I could review it, test it, and make sure that it worked as intended -- WITHOUT a ton of small commits detailing every little thing loaded into Master-Branch.

Add Amethyst Extras mod back in after testing, and verifying to be bug free (Ie, not crap code.)

Added in base localization template file.
