Without this fix, there were missing texture errors from the mcl_crimson_extras mod. Now it is only missing the texture for warped fence and a warped hyphae side texture.

There was also an issue when trying to enable the modpack as it would crash. Evidently somebody added a tool folder that isnt a mod, but minetest counted it as such. It is deleted, as its already available in the mineclone2 game repo.
