It would be neat to have a floating islands dimension reminicent of the aether

would have a portal made of glowstone
floating islands with special dungeons & exclusive resources
when you fall off it teleports the player to top of overworld to fall down, parachute/fall negation method would be needed to survive maybe feather falling X enchantment only found in the sky dungeon

Interesting idea. I am going to likely start work on enabling a skyblock type game after the release. (Starting with sky spawning etc.)

It may differ from this slightly, but there could be common ground on it also.
