Split the conversion table into two separate CSV files to allow the files to be selected as Source and Target templates. With the CSV files being turned into templates it allows better customization of what is included in the texture pack to support other games down the line and even ways to verify how complete an already converted texture pack is for the mods/game modes the user wants to play.
