Currently on master, piston's do not drop melon and pumpkin when pushed through dirt. This change allows those drops.

Fixes #3536
Fixes most of #3547 (not bamboo though). Bamboo works this way with a weird quirk, sticky piston will drop it, non-sticky piston will push block. It could remove the ABM used for this at present though once this is investigated.

Testing

Test with sticky and non-sticky piston (through dirt and straight on to block)
Tested up and horizontally.
