Variation scheme according to https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Tropical_Fish implemented.
I added 16 base and pattern colors though so with 3072 we're beating minecrafts 2700 by far lol.

Added original textures, patterns and inv image for the spawn egg since pp ones seemed to be bad.

What still needs to be done is to pick particularly nice looking ones and maybe name them somehow (not sure how the names are represented in minecraft, the wiki seemed inconclusive about that).

I'll leave the fish bucket to @PrairieAstronomer

Im still testing, but so far, it seems thats the tropical fish dont have drops.
